Our Grappa is made from red grapes

This choice comes from the search for the highest quality of the raw material. In fact, when fermentation ends, the pomace of red grapes is not pressed as usual to obtain more wine. This positively affects both the quality of the wine and that of the pomace which remains richer in ethyl alcohol and valuable aromatic substances. The quality of the marc is actually the first and most important factor for obtaining a good grappa.
