Sessanea® wines are obtained from vines with cordon training and guyot pruning, at a planting density of 5000 vines per hectare; CERTIFIED ORGANIC AGRICULTURE, manual harvesting of the grapes with selection of the bunches in the vineyard and selection of the grapes on the sorting table. Natural fermentations and aging in steel tanks, barriques, tonneaux and large barrels. Refinement in bottle for at least nine months before being sold.
